Oxfam Launches Compare for Good the second charity comparison engine

Compareforgood.com, the financial comparison site has launched amid little fanfare from Oxfam. The site, powered by BeatThatQuote is a standard white label deal but up to two thirds of commissions go to Oxfam.

Insurancewide and Peoples Choice were the first to launch this idea and it looks like they may have stolen not just the idea but the logo as well!

Interesting. But nothing came of Peoples Choice in the end. The site appears to have been half pulled down. It obviously didn’t work for them. But charities mean subscribers, and subscribers mean data. It’s a model that should work.
