Insiders View made the effort. I went to the latest LondonSEO meet. I’m glad I did. What a great bunch of people. Networking events like this aren’t just to socialise, massage your ego or meet internet celebrities. They’re excellent for keeping at the cutting edge of the marketplace.
The majority of attendees had been at the two day SEOMoz seminar which received a spectacular response (pictures review). I was surprised by the number of foreign visitors – people had flown thousands of miles. It’s great to get a different perspective, particularly where your market differs due to the country, culture or language.
There were many familiar faces from both the Distilled and SEOMoz crew. And finally, I got to meet Rand and see so many familiar faces like Danny Dover.
Oh. And the beer was free. That also helps. Thanks Will and Thanks Rand.
