To be honest if you look into any charity, much more of what you donate than you think goes to marketing budgets and &#039;overheads&#039; or &#039;operating costs&#039;.

I wonder whether this will catch on or whether the cynical nature of the British public will quash its progress. It&#039;ll be an interesting one to watch.</description>
